Cyrus CD6

Customer has a CD6 which he wants to use as a transport for his MF DAC. Unfortunately this player only has a optical digital output. Not a problem to me to install a coaxial digital output. The mod for this player goes:

Install EA premium clock
Hand solder a coaxial digital output board and install digital output
General Mod (change SMD opamps, diodes, and SMD caps)

General View of the Cyrus CD6

Very cramp!!! : ( The chipset is good though, with Philips transport, and Bur-Brown PCM1738DAC (one of the top new generation) Actually you see a lot of components not mounted and these are for the upper range of the Cyrus CDPs.
